It’s Friday!!!! Here’s some quick tips to help you have an awesome weekend and to stay on track (aka fit into your pants on Monday)…
- don’t go hungry to an event, party, shower (eat prior so you don’t indulge)
- prep your food for the week (Sundays are my favorite to do this)
- schedule time for relaxation and rest
- get outside and do something active that you don’t normally have time for in the week (if you have kids, go out and enjoy the day with them!)
- eat like it’s a week day
All of these tips help me feel ready to rock on Monday instead of trying to play catch up for ditching all my healthy habits.
