Do you struggle with healthy options for breakfast and/or afternoon snacks?! One of our favorite things is banana nut bread and today we made our weekly batch to hold us over for the week!
Here’s our sugar free, low carb, and extra yummy recipe for banana nut bread that the whole family will love!
Feel free to double the recipe if you want more for the week!
You will need:
- 3 really ripe bananas (the riper the sweeter your bread will be)
- 6 eggs
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp salt
Blend together in blender and bake on 350 for 20-25 mins or until golden brown. Add walnuts if you would like some crunch!
