A message to all the ladies trying to make it on their health and fitness journey…..
Health and fitness will drive you bat #$%^ crazy. It will kick you when you’re down, especially when you least expect it. But if your mindset is right, you won’t fall into that downward spiral.
Those who are successful on this path are the ones who are being kind to themselves, not living in the past, and giving themselves grace. I’m not saying do that in the form of giving yourself a cupcake. There may be a day when you mess up on your diet, but don’t beat yourself up, and start back over the next day. We aren’t always perfect, but girl you need to dust yourself off and start right back over again!!
This is a JOURNEY. Everyone starts in a different place so stop comparing yourself to others. Just be CONSISTENT. You can’t get results without it. Plan ahead. Make it work.
Also…..celebrate your WINS. Even when it’s the little stuff. Celebrate the confidence you’ve gained, the friends that cheer you on, your new lifestyle change, the extra energy you’ve gained……etc!
