I know we could all use a “quarantine” pick me up treat right now!
Here’s our 4 ingredient, super easy and healthy blueberry cobbler dessert that’s sure to cheer you up!
chop up 1/4 c pecans for your “crust”….you can use a blender or grind them (either works). Once chopped, place them at bottom of your serving bowl
add in 1/4 c oikos vanilla yogurt
drizzle with honey
top with handful of blackberries and serve!
if you want an additional topping, chop up half of peanut butter perfect bar to top!!
